Blending Design, Education & Innovation
My career spans from education and into designing digital product experience, where I spent over a dacade years helping innovative organisations solve complex problems through research, intentional design, and facilitation.
Across both worlds, one thing became clear: people rarely struggle with understanding. They struggle with application. That realisation led me to learning and capability development.
Today, I combine the best of both disciplines—intentional design and authentic learning—to create experiences that help people build confidence, capability, and lasting change.
Every experience I design follows four principles:
